Happy Belated 8 Months

Dear Austin,

Another month has gone by far too quickly. I always say this, but it seriously feels like Daddy and I were bringing you home from the hospital. Only 4 more months and you will be 1. I plan on having a huge party, hopefully everyone will come to help celebrate. This past month you have grown so much and are really starting to become such an independent boy. Lets look at what going on...

• First and foremost, you are STILL NOT sleeping through the night. Please lets try and work on this. Mommy and Daddy have forgotten what sleep is and has much as we love spending time with you, 2 am is not playtime.
• You are doing so good with your eating, you have yet to meet a food that you don't like! So proud you aren't turning out like your Daddy who basically eats nothing!
• You can now say Mama, Ba and finally saying Dada.
• You are crawling around so much and getting into everything.
• You started pulling up on all the furniture that Mommy and Daddy had to go buy a new leather ottoman to replace our wooden coffee table so you are safe.
• You can now walk around the couch and ottoman and like walk while holding on to your toys.
• Standing without holding onto anything has become your new favorite past time and sometimes really scares us.

You are growing so much, I can't wait to see how big you are when we go for your 9 month appointment in a few short weeks. Where has my baby boy gone too???
